摘 要:随着工业经济的快速发展,环境问题变得愈加严峻,特别是在资源利用效率和污染排放方面。在此背景下,绿色冶金技术的创新成为解决这些问题的重要途径之一。为研究绿色冶金技术创新的影响因素,本文通过文献分析法,识别双高环境下智慧工地安全管理韧性影响因素,采用解释结构模型与MICMAC方法,将19个影响因素分为5个层级,从系统视角剖析了双高环境下智慧工地安全管理韧性影响因之间的递阶层级结构关系和内在作用机理。结果表明:低驱动力、高依赖性的因素,如节能减排技术的应用与环境保护培训计划,虽然对绿色冶金技术创新具有重要影响,但其效果往往依赖于更深层次的技术支持和政策保障;高驱动力、高依赖性的因素,如绿色冶金设备的投资和智能化生产系统,不仅依赖于制度和技术的完善,还能促进其他创新措施的推进,成为系统中的关键联动因素。本文研究结果可为绿色冶金技术创新在冶金行业可持续发展中的作用提供重要的理论依据和实践参考。With the rapid development of industrial economy,environmental problems have become more and more serious,especially in terms of resource utilization efficiency and pollution emission.Based on that,the innovation of green metallurgy technology has become one of the important ways to solve these problems.In order to study the influencing factors of green metallurgy technology,this paper identifies the influencing factors of the toughness of smart site safety management in double⁃high environment through literature analysis,adopts interpretive structure model and MICMAC method,and divides 19 influencing factors into 5 levels.From the perspective of system,the hierarchical structure relationship and internal mechanism of influencing factors of toughness of smart site safety management in double⁃height environment are analyzed.The results show that the factors of low driving force and high dependence,such as the application of energy⁃saving and emission reduction technology and environmental protection training program,have an important impact on green metallurgical technology innovation,but their effect often depends on deeper technical support and policy guarantee;High driving force,high dependence factors,such as investment in green metallurgical equipment and intelligent production systems,not only rely on the improvement of institutions and technologies,but also promote the advancement of other innovative measures,becoming a key linkage factor in the system.The research results of this paper can provide important theoretical basis and practical reference for the role of green metallurgical technology innovation in the sustainable development of metallurgical industry.
