摘 要:某发电厂220 kV升压站出线断路器均采用三相分动设计,但部分断路器本体三相不一致,保护回路未实现双重化配置,存在时间继电器和中间继电器故障或人为误碰导致运行中的断路器跳闸的风险隐患。为此,结合该电厂220 kV线路现场实际情况,提出了断路器三相不一致回路优化改造,通过对改造前后的断路器三相不一致情况进行对比分析,验证了优化改造措施的有效性。同时,对断路器三相不一致回路的优化改造经验进行了总结,为类似问题的解决提供了参考。The outgoing circuit breakers of 220 kV booster station in a power plant are all designed with three-phase split operation,but the three-phase inconsistent protection circuit of some circuit breakers is not dual configuration,which may cause the failure of time relay and intermediate relay or human error collision leading to circuit breaker trip in operation.Therefore,according to the actual situation of the 220 kV line in the power plant,the three-phase inconsistent circuit of the circuit breaker is optimized,and the effectiveness of the optimized reform measures is verified by comparing and analyzing the three-phase inconsistent situation of the circuit breaker before and after the transformation.At the same time,the experience of optimizing and reforming the three-phase inconsistent circuit of circuit breaker is summarized,which provides a reference for solving similar problems.
