摘　　要：目的:比较异甘草素预处理对大鼠下肢缺血再灌注损伤时血清炎症因子的影响。方法:将24只大鼠随机分为三组(n=8),I组为正常对照组;II组为模型组;在建立模型前III组静脉推注异甘草素液50 mg/L。灌注结束24小时显微镜观察大鼠腓肠肌组织形态学改变,ELISA法测定大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-6、CK含量及SOD活性。结果:与对照组比较,灌注结束后24小时血清TNF-α、IL-6水平,CK含量升高,SOD活性下降(P<0.05);与缺血组比较,异甘草素处理组灌注结束后24小时血清TNF-α、IL-6水平,CK含量下降,SOD活性升高(P<0.05),灌注结束24小时大鼠腓肠肌组织组织病理学损伤减轻。结论:异甘草素预处理可减轻大鼠下肢缺血再灌注的炎症反应及氧化应激反应。Objective:Compare the effects of pretreatment with liquiritigenin on serum inflammatory factors in rats during lower limb ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods:Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into three groups(n=8).Group I was the normal control group;Group II was the model group;III received intravenous injection of 50 mg/L licorice liquid before the model was established.After 24 hours of perfusion,the morph changes in the gastrocnemius muscle tissue of the rats were observed under a microscope,and the contents of TNF-α,IL-6,CK the rat serum and the activity of SOD were determined by ELISA.Results:Compared with the control group,the serum TNF-αand IL-6 levels,and CK content increased,and the SOD activity 24 hours after reperfusion(P<0.05);compared with the ischemia group,the serum TNF-αand IL6 levels,and CK content decreased,and the SOD activity increased24 hours after reperfusion in theiquiritigenin treatment group(P<0.05),and the pathological damage of the gastrocnemius muscle tissue was alleviated 24 hours after reperfusion.Conclusion:Liquiritigenin pretreatment can alleviate the inflammatory response and oxidative stress response in rat lower limb ischemia-reperfusion.
