摘　　要：目的:探讨病毒集中感染后内分泌门诊甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)患者的甲状腺功能(甲功)情况。方法:本研究纳入2022年11月至2023年1月至中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院内分泌门诊进行甲功检测的甲亢患者。符合纳入标准的共计1118人。检测甲亢患者的游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)水平。结果:与2022年12月1日前相比,2022年12月1日后门诊甲亢患者血清FT3及FT4水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2022年12月1日前甲功控制良好的患者,2022年12月1日后出现FT4水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:病毒集中感染后,甲亢患者出现FT3、FT4水平升高,甲功控制良好的甲亢患者出现FT4水平升高。Objective:To explore thyroid function of hyperthyroidism patients in endocrinology outpatient after virus infection.Methods:This study included hyperthyroidism patients who performed thyroid function testing at the endocrinology outpatient of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital from November 2022 to January 2023.A total of 1118 patients were included in the final analyses.The free triiodothyronine(FT3),free tetraiodothyronine(FT4),and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)levels were measured.Results:The serum levels of FT3 and FT4 were significantly increased in hyperthyroidism patients(P<0.05),the FT4 levels were significantly increased in well controlled hyperthyroidism patients(P<0.05)after December 1,2022.Conclusion:FT3 and FT4 levels were elevated in hyperthyroidism patients,FT4 levels were elevated in well controlled hyperthyroidism patients after virus infection.
