摘 要:目的:本实验通过建立高脂血症大鼠模型,研究自拟平调降脂茶对高脂血症大鼠的降脂保肝作用。方法:将60只SD大鼠,随机分成6组,每组10只,其中1组为正常饲料喂养的空白对照组,其余5组SD大鼠予高脂饲料喂养3周后随机安排为模型对照组、平调降脂茶低剂量组、平调降脂茶中剂量组、平调降脂茶高剂量组(0.625 g/kg、1.25 g/kg、2.5 g/kg灌胃给药)、阳性对照组(非诺贝特,5 mg/kg)。空白对照组、模型对照组给予同等体积的蒸馏水,持续24 d。检测大鼠血清中的总胆固醇水平(Serum total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯水平(Triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平(Low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平(High density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、动脉粥样硬化指数(Atherosclerosis index,AI)、谷丙转氨酶水平(Glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,ALT)、谷草转氨酶水平(Glutamic oxalacetic transaminase,AST)。结果:与空白对照组相比,模型组大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C、AI、ALT、AST含量升高,HDL-C含量降低,且具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。与模型组比,各给药组上述指标均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:综合而言,自拟平调降脂茶对高脂血症大鼠模型血脂及肝脏有明显的调节作用,调节效果为自拟平调降脂茶高剂量组>自拟平调降脂茶中剂量组>自拟平调降脂茶低剂量组。Objective:This study aimed to investigate the lipid-lowering and hepatoprotective effects of self-formulated Pingdiao hypolipidemic tea in a hyperlipidemic rat model.Methods:Sixty Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into six groups,with ten rats in each group.One group served as the blank control group and was fed a normal diet,while the remaining five groups were fed a high-fat diet for three weeks to induce hyperlipidemia.These five groups were then subdivided into the model control group,low-dose Pingdiao hypolipidemic tea group,medium-dose Pingdiao hypolipidemic tea group,high-dose Pingdiao hypolipidemic tea group(administered at doses of 0.625 g/kg,1.25 g/kg,and 2.5 g/kg,respectively),and a positive control group(fenofibrate,5 mg/kg).The blank control and model control groups received an equal volume of distilled water.Treatment lasted for 24 days.Serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),atherosclerosis index(AI),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were measured.Results:Compared with the blank control group,the model group exhibited significantly increased levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,AI,ALT,and AST,and decreased HDL-C levels(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,all treatment groups showed significant improvements in these indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion:In summary,self-formulated Pingdiao hypolipidemic tea demonstrated significant regulatory effects on lipid profiles and liver function in hyperlipidemic rats,with the highest dose showing the most pronounced effect,followed by the medium dose and then the low dose.
