摘　　要：目的:探究鼠神经生长因子(NGF)与泼尼松联合治疗突发性耳聋患者的效果及其对凝血指标的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将80例突发性耳聋患者分为对照组(n=40;泼尼松治疗)和观察组(n=40;NGF与泼尼松联合治疗),比较两组总有效率、临床症状评分和凝血指标。结果:观察组总有效率[37/40(92.50%)]高于对照组[30/40(75.00%)],差异显著(χ^(2)=4.501,P=0.034)。治疗前,两组临床症状评分(眩晕、耳聋、耳鸣)比较差异不显著,治疗后,两组评分均降低(P<0.001),且观察组低于对照组,差异显著(t=3.476,P<0.001、t=2.928,P=0.005、t=2.435,P=0.017)。治疗前,两组凝血指标比较差异不显著,治疗后,两组PT、APTT均增加(P<0.001),FIB均降低(P<0.001),且观察组PT、APTT高于对照组(t=2.342,P=0.022、t=2.231,P=0.029),FIB低于对照组(t=3.717,P<0.001)。结论:NGF与泼尼松联合应用能够改善突发性耳聋患者的临床症状及凝血指标,提升治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the effect of combined treatment of mouse nerve growth factor(NGF)and prednisone on patients with sudden deafness and its impact on coagulation indicators.Methods:80 patients with sudden deafness were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and a treatment group(n=40);Prednisone treatment and observation group n=40;The combined treatment of NGF and prednisone was compared in terms of overall efficacy,clinical symptom scores,and coagulation indicators.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group[37/40(92.50%)]was higher than that of the control group[30/40(75.00%)],with a significant difference ofχ^(2)=4.501 and P=0.034.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in clinical symptom scores for vertigo,deafness,and tinnitus between the two groups.After treatment,both groups showed a decrease in scores(P<0.001),and the observation group showed a lower score than the control group,with significant differences t=3.476,P<0.001,t=2.928,P=0.005,t=2.435,P=0.017.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in coagulation indicators between the two groups.After treatment,both groups showed an increase in PT and APTT(P<0.001)and a decrease in FIB(P<0.001).The observation group had higher PT and APTT than the control group(t=2.342,P=0.022,t=2.231,P=0.029),and lower FIB than the control group(t=3.717,P<0.001).Conclusion:The combination of NGF and prednisone can improve the clinical symptoms and coagulation indicators of patients with sudden deafness,and enhance the therapeutic effect.
