摘 要:目的:探究甲磺酸萘莫司他在血液透析中的抗凝效果。方法:选取2022年9月至2024年5月于本院接受血液透析治疗的患者81例,随机分为对照组和观察组,其中,对照组(n=41)患者抗凝剂选择肝素钠,观察组(n=40)患者抗凝剂选择甲磺酸萘莫司他。比较两组的抗凝有效率、凝血指标以及动脉穿刺点压迫止血时间。结果:观察组抗凝有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组PT、FIB水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组TT、APTT水平及动脉穿刺点压迫止血时间均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在接受血液透析治疗的患者中,应用甲磺酸萘莫司他具有较好的抗凝效果,对患者的凝血指标影响较小,同时可有效缩短动脉穿刺点压迫止血时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the anticoagulant effect of nafamostat mesylate in hemodialysis.Methods:A total of 81 patients who underwent hemodialysis treatment in our hospital between September 2022 and May 2024 were selected and randomly assigned to a control group and an observation group.In the control group(n=41),heparin sodium was chosen as the anticoagulant,while in the observation group(n=40),nafamostat mesylate was selected as the anticoagulant.The anticoagulant effectiveness rate,coagulation parameters,and compression hemostasis time at the arterial puncture site were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group exhibited a higher anticoagulant effectiveness rate compared to the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in prothrombin time(PT)and fibrinogen(FIB)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the observation group had significantly lower thrombin time(TT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)levels,as well as a shorter compression hemostasis time at the arterial puncture site,compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment,the use of nafamostat mesylate demonstrates good anticoagulant efficacy with minimal impact on coagulation parameters and can effectively shorten the compression hemostasis time at the arterial puncture site,making it worthy of clinical promotion and application.
