摘　　要：目的:探讨多发肋骨骨折患者采用胸腔镜下小切口镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器治疗的效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将巨野县人民医院收治的79例多发肋骨骨折患者分成研究组(n=39)和对照组(n=40);对照组患者给予肋骨固定带,研究组给予胸腔镜下小切口镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器治疗;比较两组患者临床指标、疼痛程度、睡眠质量和并发症情况。结果:研究组患者的拔除引流管、胸麻痹缓解、下床活动和住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1、3 d两组患者的VAS评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后7 d两组患者的PSQI评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者并发症发生率具显著性差异(P<0.05),研究组(5.13%)低于对照组(22.50%)。结论:多发肋骨骨折患者给予胸腔镜下小切口镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器治疗能够改善临床指标,降低疼痛程度,提高睡眠质量,减少并发症发生。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of a small incision NiTi shape memory alloy embracing fixator under thoracoscope in patients with multiple rib fractures.Methods:A total of 79 patients with multiple rib fractures admitted to Juye County People's Hospital were randomly divided into a study group(n=39)and a control group(n=40)using a random number table.The control group was treated with rib fixation bands,while the study group was treated with a small incision NiTi shape memory alloy embracing fixator under thoracoscope.Clinical indicators,pain levels,sleep quality,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The study group had shorter durations for drainage tube removal,chest paralysis relief,ambulation,and hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of both groups decreased at 1 and 3 days after treatment,with the study group having lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The PSQI scores of both groups decreased at 7 days after treatment,with the study group having lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P<0.05),with the study group(5.13%)having a lower incidence than the control group(22.50%).Conclusion:Treatment with a small incision NiTi shape memory alloy embracing fixator under thoracoscope in patients with multiple rib fractures can improve clinical indicators,reduce pain levels,improve sleep quality,and decrease the incidence of complications.
