都匀市某社区老年人高血压现状与防治措施分析

摘　　要：目的:了解黔南州某社区老年人高血压患病及控制现状,并提出健康宣教及防治措施,为改善老年人健康寿命提供理论支撑。方法:收集2022年8月至2023年8月都匀市某社区65岁以上217名高血压老年人进行四次血压测量,对四次测量的结果进行趋势分析,探索血压变化规律及健康宣教对高血压老年人的重要性。结果:2022年该社区65岁以上老年人血压控制率为59.96%,2023年其血压控制率为64.95%;四次血压测量结果重复测量趋势分析,第1时间点与第3、4时间点收缩压比较差别有统计学意义,第1时间点与第4时间点舒张压比较差别有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论:根据社区老年人高血压控制情况及四次血压测量结果的走势,说明社区卫生服务中心实施有效的健康宣教、饮食干预等预防措施对控制高血压的重要性,值得借鉴。Objective:To investigate the prevalence and control status of hypertension in elderly people in a community in Qiannan Prefecture,and propose health education and prevention measures to provide theoretical support for improving the healthy life of the elderly.Methods:217 elderly people aged 65 and over with hypertension in a community in Duyun City from August 2022 to August 2023 were collected for four blood pressure measurements.The results of the four measurements were analyzed for trend analysis,exploring the regularity of blood pressure changes and the importance of health education for elderly people with hypertension.Results:In 2022,the blood pressure control rate of elderly people aged 65 and over in the community was 59.96%,and in 2023,it was 64.95%;The trend analysis of the four blood pressure measurements showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the systolic blood pressure between the first time point and the third and fourth time points,and there was a statistically significant difference in the diastolic blood pressure between the first time point and the fourth time point,with P<0.05.Conclusion:According to the control of hypertension in the elderly in the community and the trend of the results of four blood pressure measurements,it is important for the community health service center to implement effective health education,dietary intervention and other preventive measures to control hypertension,which is worth learning.
