摘　　要：噬菌体展示技术是利用噬菌体将外源肽或蛋白基因融合表达在其表面的新技术。目前,该技术广泛用于鉴定有特定功能的靶分子,在抗原表位分析、治疗细菌或病毒感染、特异性抗体的制备、酶制剂的筛选等方面发挥着重要作用。本文综述了该技术在兽医病原微生物诊断方面的应用,以期为该技术在兽医领域的应用与发展提供理论及技术参考。Phage display is a new technology that utilizes phage to express exogenous peptide or protein gene fusions on its surface.Current-ly,phage display technology is extensively employed in the identification of target molecules with specific functions.This technology also plays a vital role in antigenic epitope analysis,therapy for bacterial or viral infections,preparation of specific antibodies,and screening of enzyme preparations.This paper reviews the application of this technology to veterinary pathogenic microbiological diagnosis,with a view to providing theoretical and technical references for the application and development of this technology in the veterinary field.
