摘  要:新能源大规模接入电网后,采用传统确定性无功电压控制时,由于系统新能源出力快速变化,叠加负荷随机变化可能导致电压越限情况的发生。考虑对系统中新能源和负荷的预测误差,采用区间法进行3个典型场景下新型电力系统的动态无功电压控制,结合储能及新能源场站逆变器参与有功和无功调控,最小化系统有功损耗和电压偏差;在所提动态无功优化控制模型中加入了储能功率和能量约束;优化控制中特别考虑了同步机组的爬坡约束和实际调控中水火机组调频作用,并采用基于标准分支定界法的通用代数建模系统(general algebraic modeling system,GAMS)混合整数非线性规划求解器求解该优化控制模型。在某128节点系统验证所提方法的控制效果,仿真结果表明:所提控制策略显著降低了各种随机场景下的电压越限程度和电压越限发生率,能够有效应对新能源和负荷的随机变化。After the large-scale integration of new energy into the power grid,with the traditional deterministic reactive voltage control,the rapid changes in the output of the new energy and the random changes of loads in the system may lead to occurrence of voltage limit exceeded.Considering the prediction error of new energy and load in the system,the interval method is proposed to carry out the dynamic reactive power and voltage control for the new-type power system in three typical scenarios considering active and reactive power control of inverters in energy storage and new energy station,so as to minimize the active power loss and voltage deviations of the system;power and energy constraints of energy storage are considered in the dynamic reactive power optimization control;special consideration is given to the climbing constraints of synchronous units and the frequency regulation effect of hydro and thermal units in actual regulation in the control model;and the model is solved by a general algebraic modeling system(GAMS)mixed integer nonlinear programming solver based on the standard branch and bound method.The control effect of the proposed method is verified in a 128-bus system,which significantly reduces the degree and occurrence of voltage limit violations under various random scenarios,and effectively addresses the random change of new energy and load.
