以党纪学习教育推进高校机关作风建设

摘　　要：机关作风建设是高校事业发展的重要保障。党的十八大以来,在全面从严治党背景下,高校机关作风建设取得了阶段性成就,但机关行政化、权责模糊化、服务意识淡化等作风问题仍然存在,制约着高等教育的创新发展。在全面坚持党对高校的集中统一领导前提下,以党纪学习教育为契机,深入推进党纪学习教育与机关作风建设融合发展具有重要的理论与现实价值。应以党的“六大纪律”为指引,持续面向机关党政干部开展党性教育,着力提升对党忠诚度、党建活跃度、权力敬畏度、服务精准度、工作满意度、道德纯洁度,从根本上树立机关良好作风,推进机关作风转型。The construction of organ style is an important guarantee for the development of the cause in universities.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,under the background of strict Party governance,the working style construction of university organs has made relative achievements.However,there are still some problems,such as managerial organs tending toward bureaucracy,vaguely-defined power and responsibility,and diluted service awareness,which restrict the innovative development of higher education.Under the premise of comprehensively adhering to the centralized and unified leadership of the Party to colleges and universities,taking the learning and education of Party discipline as an opportunity has strong theoretical and practical value to further promote the integration and development of learning and education of Party discipline and the construction of organ style.Guided by the Party’s“six major disciplines”,efforts are to be made in continuing to carry out Party spirit education for Party and government cadres in government organs which will be helpful to fundamentally establish a good spirit in government organs and continue to promote the transformation of the style of government organs toward improved loyalty to the Party,ardor in Party construction,reverence for power,precision in service,satisfaction for work,and purity in morality.
