摘 要:新时代背景下,解决数字经济人才供求错配、教学笼统等问题已成为数字经济产业对各大院校数字经济人才培养的现实诉求。基于此,以探究新时代数字经济人才培养策略为主题,分析数字经济人才培养存在的问题,探析数字经济人才培养策略:扩展专业设置,提升招生比例;推进因材施教,注重多层次培养;促进学科交叉,优化课程框架设置;加强专业实践,明确未来就业方向;提升师资力量,深化多元育人机制;加强国际交流,实现教育整合共享;完善课程考核,建立奖励激励机制,以培养出高层次创新型数字经济人才和技能应用型数字经济人才。Under the background of the new era,solving the problems of mismatch between supply and demand of digital economy talent and vague teaching has become a practical demand for the digital economy industry to culti-vate digital economy talent in colleges and universities.Based on this,this paper takes exploring the talent train-ing strategy of digital economy in the new era as the theme,analyzes the problems existing in the talent training of digital economy,analyzes the talent training strategy of digital economy,and puts forward the following aspects:expand professional setting and improve enrollment ratio;promote individualized teaching and pay attention to multi-level training;promote interdisciplinarity,optimize curriculum framework;strengthen professional practice,clarify the future employment direction;enhance teaching staff and deepen diversified education mechanisms;strengthen international exchanges and achieve educational integration and sharing;improve curriculum assess-ment,establish a reward and incentive mechanism.It is aimed to cultivate high-caliber innovative,skilled and ap-plied talent in digital economy.
