摘 要:在行业内大力发展智能矿井的前景下,在充分调研的基础上,进一步对掘进面工作系统及综掘机进行智能化改造。综掘机远距离控制系统作为掘进工作智能化改造的前期内容,根据“集控、减员、安全、高效”四大原则,建立掘进机可视化监控系统,提出掘进机远距离控制系统改造方案,设计建造掘进机远距离操控室,实现了综掘机的可视化视频监控、远程控制、自动截割等功能,在煤矿现场应用效果显著,并通过了国家“智能化示范煤矿”验收^([1])。Under the prospect of vigorously developing intelligent mines in the industry,further intelligent transformation of the excavation face working system and comprehensive excavation machine will be carried out based on thorough research.As the early stage of intelligent transformation of excavation work,the remote control system of the comprehensive excavation machine was established based on the four principles of “centralized control,personnel reduction,safety,and efficiency”.A visual monitoring system for the excavation machine was established,a transformation plan for the remote control system of the excavation machine was proposed,and a remote control room for the excavation machine was designed and constructed.The system achieved functions such as visual video monitoring,remote control,and automatic cutting of the comprehensive excavation machine.The application effect was significant in the coal mines site,and it passed the acceptance of the national “Intelligent Demonstration Coal Mine”~([1]).
