摘　　要：针对采煤机司机无法有效观察采煤机传感数据的问题,设计了一种采煤机端头传感数据显示装置。该装置主要包括两部分:一部分为防爆壳体,另一部分为防爆壳体内部的控制及显示模块。端头传感数据显示装置与采煤机电控箱中的电气控制模块采用RS485通信方式进行通信,以获取采煤机滚筒高度等传感数据并进行显示。该装置可通过参数设置选择性地显示采煤机滚筒高度、机身倾角、速度等数据。采煤机端头传感数据显示装置与采煤机电控箱内部安装的显示屏形成传感数据的冗余显示,为采煤机司机观察传感数据提供了一种新的方式。A coal winning machine end sensing data display device has been designed to address the issue of the inability of coal winning machine drivers to effectively observe coal winning machine sensing data.The device mainly consists of two parts:one is the explosion-proof shell,and the other is the control and display module inside the explosion-proof shell.The end sensor data display device communicates with the electrical control module in the coal winning machine control box using RS485 communication to obtain sensor data such as the height of the coal winning machine drum and display it.This device can selectively display data such as the height of the coal winning machine drum,the inclination angle of the machine body,and the speed through parameter settings.The sensor data display device at the end of the coal winning machine and the display screen installed inside the coal winning machine control box form a redundant display of sensor data,providing a new way for coal winning machine drivers to observe sensor data.
