摘 要:为解决煤矿井下储水采空区储水设施构筑体多应力监测预警笼统问题,实地设计和搭建系统,通过对应力源数据的异常消除和标准化处理,采用Hartley检验方法,判断基础数据总体方差间有无差异性,并进一步的对方差间无差异性条件下的应力数据微弱变化趋势进行了详细分析,通过F比、p值及t检验方法得到有突出变化趋势的应力数据四级预警区间;以西部某矿井下储水采空区为研究对象,检验多应力监测预警方法的可靠性,能够对同源多应力监测数据进行特殊识别和独立预警,对特殊识别出的应力数据进行分析。研究结果表明:多应力监测预警方法能够较准确地识别应力实时数据变化波动情况,通过现场40个应力数据检验,四级和一级以上应力数据检验成功的比例分别为90%和95%,说明该方法能够定量地对多应力数据进行突出识别,并结合同时间段水位高度变化进行联合对比分析,发现应力变化与水位高低具有正相关联系,得到了较好的验证,该方法实际应用于现场,具有较好的实用性。To solve the problem of vague stress monitoring and early warning for water storage facilities in coal mine underground goaf,a system was designed and built on site.By eliminating anomalies and standardizing corresponding force source data,the Hartley test method was used to determine whether there was any difference in the overall variance of the basic data.Furthermore,a detailed analysis was conducted on the weak trend of stress data under the condition of no difference in variance.The four level early warning interval of stress data with prominent change trend was obtained through F-ratio,p-value,and t-test methods.Taking a water storage goaf in a western mine as the research object,the reliability of the multi stress monitoring and early warning method is tested,which can identify and independently warn the same source multi stress monitoring data,and analyze the specially identified stress data.The research results showed that the multi-stress monitoring and early warning method could accurately identify the real-time changes and fluctuations in stress data.After testing 40 stress data on site,the success rates of testing fourth level and first level and above stress data were 90% and 95%,respectively,indicating that this method can quantitatively highlight and identify multi-stress data.A joint comparative analysis was conducted on the changes in water level height during the contract period,and it was found that there is a positive correlation between stress changes and water level height,which has been well validated.This method has been practically applied on site and has good practicality.
