摘　　要：分析了采煤机常见调高故障的表现形式及其产生原因,给出了快速识别调高油缸故障的方法,指出了油缸的典型故障点及损坏原因,并从结构设计、制造工艺和使用维护等方面提出了相应的解决办法,为调高油缸及系统的可靠运行提供了指导意义。The common manifestations and causes of height adjustment faults were analyzed,a method was provided for quickly identifying height adjustment cylinder faults,typical fault points and damage causes of the cylinder were pointed out,and corresponding solutions were proposed from the aspects of structural design,manufacturing process and maintenance,providing guidance for the reliable operation of height adjustment cylinders and systems.
