摘 要:针对瓦斯抽采泵站控制系统建设需求,设计基于智能型电动阀门的瓦斯抽采泵站控制系统。主要介绍了智能型电动阀门的结构、组成以及主要功能特点,并以此设计了瓦斯抽采泵站控制系统,阐述了该系统的构架、组成、功能以及控制程序中通信、逻辑保护等功能的实现方法。基于智能型电动阀门的瓦斯抽采泵站控制系统简化了系统构架、降低施工成本,同时提高了数据监测的全面性、实时性,尤其是电动阀门的信息采集,为瓦斯抽采泵站电动阀门的日常维护提供数据依据,对瓦斯抽采泵站实现稳定可靠的自动控制提供了有力的支撑。A gas extraction pump station control system was designed based on intelligent electric valves to meet the construction requirements of the gas extraction pump station control system.The structure,composition,and main functional characteristics of intelligent electric valves were mainly introduced,and a gas extraction pump station control system was designed based on this.It elaborates on the architecture,composition,functions,and implementation methods of communication,logic protection,and other functions in the control program of the system.The gas extraction pump station control system based on intelligent electric valves simplifies the system architecture,reduces construction costs,and improves the comprehensiveness and real-time data monitoring,especially the information collection of electric valves,providing data basis for the daily maintenance of electric valves in gas extraction pump stations and providing strong support for stable and reliable automatic control of gas extraction pump stations.
