摘 要:为了提高装车站智能化无人化水平,避免火车出现超载、超高、偏载等情况,研究基于激光雷达的火车装车质量监测平台,对煤炭装车前后空车、重车车厢进行三维扫描重建,实现空车残料、冻底等异常情况的检测,以控制装载量,实现重车超载、偏载等异常情况的报警以控制平煤压实装置动作,旨在铁路装车过程中的智能感知、远程监控、无人操作,实现减人增效的目的。In order to improve the level of intelligent and unmanned loading stations and avoid overloading,over height,and uneven loading of trains,a train loading quality monitoring platform based on lidar was studied.The platform performs 3D scanning and reconstruction of empty and heavy carriages before and after coal loading to detect abnormal situations such as empty residual materials and frozen bottoms,in order to control the loading capacity,alarm for abnormal situations such as overloading and uneven loading of heavy carriages,and control the action of the flat coal compaction device.The aim is to achieve intelligent perception,remote monitoring,and unmanned operation in the railway loading process,and to reduce manpower and increase efficiency.
