运动鞋纵向抗弯刚度对慢跑运动员下肢生物力学影响研究

摘  要:本文选择20位具有一定慢跑水平的中长跑运动员作为研究对象,选择低刚度、中刚度、高刚度3种不同纵向抗弯刚度的运动鞋进行慢跑状态运动员下肢生物力学特征的综合测试。结果表明:穿着不同刚度运动鞋时研究对象关节矢状面活动度、关节矢状面关节力矩存在明显差别,相对而言高刚度运动鞋更能对人体关节形成约束,也更有益于研究对象运动水平的提升。In this paper,20 middle-distance runners with a certain jogging level were selected as the research objects,and sports shoes with low stiffness,medium stiffness and high sensitivity were selected to conduct a comprehensive test on the lower extremity biomechanical characteristics of jogging athletes.The results show that when wearing sports shoes with different stiffness,there are significant differences in the degree of motion of the joint sagittal plane and the joint torque of the joint sagittal plane of the study subjects.Relatively speaking,high-stiffness sports shoes can better constrain the human joints,and are more beneficial to the improvement of the exercise level of the study subjects.
