摘  要:为了提高移动式生物质热解流化床中的生物质颗粒的热解效率,首先基于冷态流化床讨论了气力进料的优势,接着基于正交实验方法选取3个因素3个水平,以降低生物质颗粒时均浓度和提高流化床稳定性为实验目标,分析多因素交互作用对生物质颗粒在流化床中的流化混合效果的影响。结果表明:气力进料的混合分散效果优于直接进料;设计的双侧错位气力进料流化床装置效果最佳,同时静床高度也是影响流化床稳定性的重要因素,在该工况下的最佳设计方案为双侧错位气力进料,静床高度为120mm,生物质粒径为0.75mm。In order to improve the pyrolysis efficiency of biomass particles in a mobile biomass pyrolysis fluidized bed,based on the cold fluidized bed,the advantages of pneumatic feeding were firstly discussed,then based on the orthogonal experimental method,three factors and three levels were selected to reduce the time-averaged concentration of the biomass particles and improve the stability of the fluidized bed as the experimental objectives,and the influence of the multifactorial interactions on the fluidization and mixing effect of the biomass particles in the fluidized bed was analyzed.The results showed that the mixing and dispersing effect of pneumatic feeding was better than that of direct feeding;the designed double-side staggered pneumatic feeding fluidized bed device had the best effect,and at the same time,the static bed height was also an important factor affecting the stability of the fluidized bed,and the optimal design scheme under the working condition was as follows:the double-side staggered pneumatic feeding,the static bed height 120 mm,and the biomass particle size 0.75 mm.
