摘  要:从铜陵红壤土与青海高原土壤中筛选获得4株具有较强PAM分解活性的菌株,分别命名为P01、P02、P03、P04。初步鉴定P01为蜡质芽孢杆菌(Baciillus cereus)、P02为地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis)、P03和P04均为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacills subtillis)。同时,通过深度驯化、富集筛选从油田返排液中获得了一种可以对PAM进行降解的功能菌,初步鉴定为轮枝链霉菌(Streptomyces verticillus),并命名为EPAM-01。考察了pH、温度、盐度和矿化度等因素对5种降解功能菌生长的影响。结果表明:微生物在pH=5~9、温度30~50℃、盐度5~12.5g·L^(-1)条件下生长较好,并对聚丙烯酰胺具有较高的去除率。其中相同条件下,EPAM-01受环境影响较小,可以保持较高的聚丙烯酰胺降解活性,且EPAM-01对高矿化度具有较强适应性。Four strains with strong PAM decomposition activity were screened from Tongling red soil and Qinghai plateau soil,named P01,P02,P03 and P04,respectively.P01 was identified as Baciillus cereus,P02 was identified as Bacillus licheniformis,P03 and P04 were identified as Bacills subtillis.At the same time,a functional bacterium capable of degrading PAM was obtained from the oilfield flowback fluid through deep domestication and enrichment screening.It was initially identified as Streptomyces verticillus and named EPAM-01.The effects of pH,temperature,salinity and salinity on the growth of five functional bacteria were investigated.The results showed that the microorganisms grew well at pH=5~9,temperature 30~50℃,salinity 5~12.5 g·L^(-1),and had a high removal rate of polyacrylamide.Under the same conditions,EPAM-01 was less affected by the environment and could maintain high polyacrylamide degradation activity,and EPAM-01 had strong adaptability to high salinity.
