摘 要:钻井液的设计和配方对钻井作业的成功有着至关重要的作用,因此对碳酸钙(CaCO_(3))颗粒作为一种新型水基钻井液添加剂的掺入进行了评估。采用沉淀法合成了一种CaCO_(3)颗粒,并对其形态、胶体稳定性能和组分结构进行了表征。结果表明:CaCO_(3)颗粒呈现出典型的方解石菱形形态,粒径分布较窄,平均粒径为2.16µm;CaCO_(3)颗粒具有负表面电荷,增加溶液pH会产生过量HCO_(3)-和CO_(3)^(2-)以及更多带负表面电荷的离子,代表碳酸盐C—O在1431cm^(-1)附近呈现一条强光谱带;CaCO_(3)颗粒在25~600℃表现出较高的热稳定性。The design and formulation of drilling fluids play a vital role in the success of drilling operations,and therefore the incorporation of calcium carbonate(CaCO_(3))particles as a novel water-based drilling fluid additive was evaluated.CaCO_(3) particles were synthesized using a precipitation method and characterized for its morphology,thermal stability properties and component structure.The results showed that the CaCO_(3) particles exhibited a typical calcite rhombic morphology with a narrow particle size distribution and an average particle size of 2.16µm.The CaCO_(3) particles had negative surface charge,and increasing the solution pH produced excess HCO_(3)-and 2-CO_(3) ions,as well as more negatively surface-charged ions.The FTIR spectrum presented a strong band around 1431 cm^(-1),characteristic of the C—O stretching mode of carbonate.The CaCO_(3) particles exhibited high-temperature stability in the temperature range from 25℃to 600℃.
