二甲基硅油对ZrO_(2)陶瓷摩擦副润滑性能的影响

摘  要:通过四球摩擦试验机评定ZrO_(2)陶瓷球在二甲基硅油掺混基础油(CTL3、150N、GTL430和PAO4)润滑下的抗磨减摩性能,采用三维轮廓仪对ZrO_(2)陶瓷球磨斑表面形貌进行分析,并测定基础油掺混比例对二甲基硅油运动黏度和密度的影响。结果表明:ZrO_(2)陶瓷球在二甲基硅油润滑下的平均摩擦系数和磨斑直径随其动力黏度增加均呈现先增加后保持平稳的趋势,ZrO_(2)陶瓷球在CTL3润滑下的平均摩擦系数和磨斑直径最小,ZrO_(2)陶瓷球的平均摩擦系数和磨斑直径随二甲基硅油掺混CTL3比例的增加均呈现先减小再增大的趋势;与二甲基硅油润滑下相比,掺混体积分数5%的CTL3后,ZrO_(2)陶瓷球磨斑表面深度和表面粗糙度分别降低31.6%和25.3%;二甲基硅油的运动黏度和密度随CTL3掺混比例增加而降低,掺混体积分数5%的CTL3时,20℃下的运动黏度和密度分别降低6.2%和0.86%,基础油可以显著改善ZrO_(2)陶瓷摩擦副润滑性能,但对其运动黏度和密度也有明显影响。The anti-friction and anti-wear properties of ZrO_(2) ceramic ball were investigated under the lubrication of dimethyl silicone oil blended with base oils(CTL3,150N,GTL430 and PAO4)using a four-ball tribometer,and the worn surface morphologies of ZrO_(2) ceramic ball was characterized by 3D optical profilers(3D OP).The effect of base oil blending ratio on kinematic viscosity and density of dimethyl silicone oil was analyzed.It was found that the COF and WSD increased at first and then kept steady with the increase of dynamic viscosity when lubricated by dimethyl silicone oil,the COF and WSD reached the minimum value when lubricated by CTL3,and the COF and WSD decreased at first and then increased with the increase of blending ratio when lubricated by dimethyl silicone oil with CTL3.The wear depth and surface roughness of ZrO_(2) ceramic ball lubricated by dimethyl silicone oil with 5%volume fraction CTL3 decreased by 31.6%and 25.3%,respectively,compared to those of the dimethyl silicone oil.The kinematic viscosity and density of dimethyl silicone oil decreased with the increase of blending ratio,and the kinematic viscosity and density of dimethyl silicone oil with 5%volume fraction CTL3 at 20℃decreased by 6.2%and 0.86%,respectively,compared to those of the dimethyl silicone oil.Base oil could significantly promote the friction and wear properties of ZrO_(2) ceramic pairs,however,it also had obvious influence on its kinematic viscosity and density.
