桥式同心分层注水技术对提高采收率的影响分析

摘  要:通过流体渗流实验装置和油水界面移动实验装置,设置不同注水压力和速率条件,分析其对流体渗流特性和油水界面移动的影响。此外,采用多层模型实验装置,研究分层注水对不同渗透率层段的影响,并通过模拟实验装置比较传统注水模式和桥式同心分层注水模式下的采收率。结果表明:随着注水压力的增加,初始渗流速率从2MPa的10mL·min^(-1)增加到10MPa的30mL·min^(-1)。在分层注水实验中,高渗透层的初始渗流速率为100 mL·min^(-1),产油量达到462 mL,而低渗透层的产油量仅为68 mL。桥式同心分层注水模式的原油产量和采收率明显高于传统注水模式,实验结束时分别达到310mL和31.1%。通过优化注水压力和速率组合,在注水压力为15MPa、注水速率为150mL·min^(-1)的组合条件下,原油产量达到820mL,采收率为82.2%。桥式同心分层注水技术显著提高了不同渗透率层段的流体驱替效率,减少了高渗透层的过度注水,增加了中低渗透层的动用程度,整体采收率显著提升。Through the experimental device of fluid seepage and the experimental device of oil-water interface movement,different conditions of water injection pressure and rate were set,and their effects on fluid seepage characteristics and oil-water interface movement were analyzed.In addition,the multi-layer model experimental device was used to study the impact of layered water injection on layers with different permeabilities,and the recovery factors under the traditional water injection mode and the bridge-type concentric layered water injection mode were compared through the simulation experimental device.The results showed that with the increase of water injection pressure,the-1-1 initial seepage rate increases from 10 mL·min at 2 MPa to 30 mL·min at 10 MPa.In the layered water injection experiment,the initial seepage rate of the high-permeability layer was 100 mL·min^(-1),and the oil production reached 462 mL,while the oil production of the low-permeability layer was only 68 mL.The crude oil production and recovery rate of the bridge concentric layered water injection mode were significantly higher than those of the traditional water injection mode,reaching 310 mL and 31.1%respectively at the end of the experiment.By optimizing the combination of water injection pressure and rate,with water injection pressure of 15 MPa and water injection rate of 150 mL·min^(-1),the crude oil production reached 820 mL and the recovery rate was 82.2%.The bridge-type concentric layered water injection technology significantly improved the fluid displacement efficiency of different permeability layers,reduced excessive water injection of high permeability layers,increased the degree of utilization of medium and low permeability layers,and significantly increased the overall recovery rate.
