摘 要:使用浓硝酸对商业炭黑进行处理,使用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对材料进行了表征,使用电化学工作站对材料的氧还原性能进行了评价。结果表明:浓硝酸处理过的炭黑表面被羰基化,处理后的炭黑的ID/IG为1.04,与未处理的样品相比,对过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))的选择性明显提升,在0.2~0.6 V的宽电位范围内对H_(2)O_(2)的选择性可以保持在85%以上,其反应过程接近2电子过程。通过对商业化炭黑的简单处理能得到羰基化炭黑,其具有良好的电化学氧还原反应(ORR)性能,该研究为开发绿色制备H_(2)O_(2)提供了新的思路。Commercial carbon black was treated with concentrated nitric acid,and the obtained material was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),Raman spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The oxygen reduction performance of the material was evaluated using the electrochemical workstation.The results indicated that the surface of carbon black treated with concentrated nitric acid was carbonylated,the ID/IG of the treated carbon black was 1.04,and the selectivity to hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))was obviously improved compared with the untreated sample.The selectivity to H_(2)O_(2) could be kept above 85%in the wide potential range of 0.2~0.6 V,and the reaction process was close to the 2-electron process.Carbonylated carbon black was obtained by simple treatment of commercial carbon black,which had good ORR performance.This study provides a new idea for the development of green preparation of H_(2)O_(2).
