摘  要:为了提高火电厂主厂房主体结构工程用混凝土的力学性能,并降低混凝土的使用成本,以钢纤维和聚乙烯纤维作为混杂纤维,考察了单一纤维和混杂纤维对混凝土基本力学性能和抗弯性能的影响。结果表明:随着钢纤维和聚乙烯纤维掺量的逐渐增大,混凝土试件的抗压强度和抗折强度均呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,而抗拉强度和抗弯强度则呈现出逐渐增大的趋势。而当固定钢纤维的掺量为1.0%时,改变聚乙烯纤维的掺量,混凝土试件的基本力学性能和抗弯性能变化趋势与单一纤维相一致,当聚乙烯纤维的掺量也为1.0%时,混凝土试件的抗压强度和抗折强度可以达到最大值,而此时混凝土试件的抗拉强度和抗弯强度值也比较高,综合力学性能更优。研究结果表明:使用聚乙烯纤维和钢纤维作为混杂纤维掺入混凝土中能够有效改善其基本力学性能和抗弯性能,可以满足火电厂主厂房主体结构施工的需求。In order to improve the mechanical properties of concrete used in the main structural engineering of thermal power plants and reduce the cost of concrete use,steel fibers and polyethylene fibers were used as hybrid fibers to investigate the effects of single fibers and hybrid fibers on the basic mechanical properties and bending resistance of concrete.The results showed that with the gradual increase of steel fiber and polyethylene fiber content,the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete specimens showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,while the tensile strength and flexural strength showed a trend of gradually increasing.When the content of fixed steel fibers was 1.0%,changing the content of polyethylene fibers resulted in consistent changes in the basic mechanical and flexural properties of concrete specimens with single fibers.When the content of polyethylene fibers was also 1.0%,the compressive and flexural strength of concrete specimens could reach their maximum values.At this time,the tensile and flexural strength values of concrete specimens were also relatively high,and the comprehensive mechanical properties were better.The research results suggest that the use of polyethylene fibers and steel fibers as hybrid fibers in concrete can effectively improve its basic mechanical and bending properties,and can meet the construction needs of the main structure of the thermal power plant.
