摘 要:通过桐油和杜仲胶发生DA反应制备出桐油-杜仲胶复合物(ERTO),然后将其与环氧树脂E51共混得到ERTO/E51复合涂层。通过FTIR、SEM、TG、涂层干燥时间、附着力以及力学性能和水接触角对其进行表征和测试。结果表明:随着ERTO的添加,复合涂层干燥时间逐渐减小;添加适量的ERTO能够增强复合涂层的附着力,其质量分数为10%时复合涂层附着力最大为7.88MPa;ERTO的添加能够减少环氧树脂的气孔;适量添加ERTO会增强E51的力学性能,当ERTO质量分数为5%或10%时,拉伸强度最大为1.825MPa,较未改性提高了34.24%;添加ERTO能增强E51疏水性能。桐油-杜仲胶复合物提高了环氧树脂各项性能。The tung oil-eucommia ulmoides gum composite(ERTO)was prepared by DA reaction between tung oil and eucommia ulmoides gum,and then it was blended with epoxy resin E51 to obtain ERTO/E51 composite coating.It was characterized and tested by FTIR,SEM,TG,coating drying time,coating adhesion,mechanical properties and water contact angle.The results showed that,with the addition of ERTO,the drying time of the composite coating gradually decreased;Adding an appropriate amount of ERTO could enhance the adhesion of the composite coating.When the addition amount was 10%,the maximum adhesion of the composite coating was 7.88 MPa.The addition of ERTO could reduce the porosity of epoxy resin.When ERTO was 5%and 10%,the maximum tensile strength was 1.825 MPa,which was 34.24%higher than that of unmodified E51.The epoxy resin modified by tung oil-eucommia ulmoides gum composite greatly had good properties.
