摘 要:对非开挖定向钻废弃泥浆处理的2种配方进行了实验,着重分析了2种配方中不同酸(盐酸和硫酸)对除水率、滤液COD平均值和滤液浊度平均值等关键指标的影响。结果表明:配方一(盐酸+硫酸铝)表现出更高的除水率,但滤液COD值较高,可能受到高Cl^(-)浓度的影响。相反,配方二(硫酸+硫酸铝)在滤液COD平均值和滤液浊度平均值上表现更为出色,说明其更有效地清除了悬浮颗粒。总体而言,综合分析认为配方二在固液分离和颗粒物清除方面的性能更为优越。Experiments on two formulations for the treatment of abandoned mud in non-excavation directional drilling were carried out,the influence of different acids(hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid)in the two formulations on key indicators such as dewatering rate,average filtrate COD,and average filtrate turbidity was investigated.The results indicated that formulation 1(hydrochloric acid+aluminum sulfate)exhibited a higher dewatering rate but had high filtrate COD values,which was possibly influenced by high chloride ion concentration.Conversely,formulation 2(sulfuric acid+aluminum sulfate)demonstrated superior performance in terms of average filtrate COD and turbidity,suggesting its more effective removal of suspended particles.In summary,formulation 2 had superior performance in solid-liquid separation and particle removal.
