强水窜油藏调剖体系性能评价

摘  要:针对绥中36-1油田在长期高强度注水冲刷作用下砂岩颗粒表面强亲水且呈负电性的问题,利用带正电的阳离子交联剂一方面通过异性电荷间的吸引力牢牢吸附于砂岩储层表面,另一方面,可与带负电的聚合物发生物理、化学反应生成立体网状交联体系,封堵高渗层,增加注入压力梯度,从而改善聚合物驱开发效果。考察强水窜油藏调剖体系的电位和粒径、成胶性能、长期稳定性和封堵性。研究结果表明:强水窜油藏调剖体系由于阴阳离子交联成胶引起电位变化呈正电性。强水窜油藏调剖体系由于离子交联蜷缩成胶,粒径较小。随着交联剂、聚合物质量浓度增大,体系成胶时间变短。模拟地层水中,中、高强度凝胶放置90d时,50、65、80℃的黏度保留率均在85%以上。与常规凝胶体系相比,相同质量浓度的强水窜油藏调剖体系注入压力相差不大,后续水驱的压力较高。后续水驱过程,强水窜油藏调剖体系的残余阻力系数较大;强水窜油藏调剖体系的封堵率较大,基本保持在85%以上,封堵性较好。In order to solve the problem that the surface of sandstone particles in Suizhong 36-1 oilfield is strongly hydrophilic and negative under the action of long-term high-intensity water flooding,positively charged cationic crosslinking agent is used to firmly adsorb the surface of sandstone reservoir through the attraction between opposite charges on the one hand;on the other hand,it can physically and chemically react with negatively charged polymer to form a three-dimensional network crosslinking system to block the hyperpermeability layer to increase the injection pressure gradient to improve polymer flooding development.In this paper,the potential and particle size,gluing performance,long-term stability and plugging property of profile control system in strong water channeling reservoir were investigated.The results showed that the potential change of profile control system in strong water channeling reservoir was positive due to the cross-linking of cations and ions.The profile control system of strong water channeling reservoir was curled into glue due to ion crosslinking,and the particle size was small.With the increase of the mass concentration of crosslinker and polymer,the formation time of the system became shorter.In simulated formation water,the viscosity retention rates of medium and high strength gel were above 85%at 50℃,65℃and 80℃when the gel was placed for 90 d.Compared with the conventional gel system,the injection pressure of the profile control system with the same mass concentration of strong water channeling reservoir had little difference,and the subsequent water drive pressure was higher.In the subsequent water drive process,the residual resistance coefficient of the profile control system of strong water channeling reservoir was larger.The plugging rate of the profile control system of the strong water channeling reservoir was relatively high,which basically kept above 85%,and the plugging property was good.
