摘  要:纤维素是自然界中最丰富的天然高分子化合物,其应用领域非常广泛。在纤维素的应用过程中,最突出的问题主要是纤维素的分离提取、溶解再生和热塑加工等。采用季铵化反应合成了离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([BMIM]Cl),采用所制备的[BMIM]Cl的DMF溶液和DMSO溶液溶解纤维素。结果表明:[BMIM]Cl的溶液均具有良好的溶解纤维素性能,且其溶解性随温度升高而增大;[BMIM]Cl的DMSO溶液溶解纤维素性能更好。采用所制备的纤维素-[BMIM]Cl溶液改性光固化涂料时,可明显缩短光固化膜的固化时间、增强膜的硬度;对固化膜的耐水性和附着力也有明显影响。Cellulose is the most abundant natural polymer compound in nature,and its application field is very extensive.In the application of cellulose,the most prominent problems are mainly the separation and extraction of cellulose,dissolution and regeneration,and thermoplastic processing.In this paper,the ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride([BMIM]Cl)was synthesized by quaternization reaction,and the cellulose was dissolved in DMF solution and DMSO solution of the prepared[BMIM]Cl.The[BMIM]Cl solution had good dissolving cellulose properties,and its solubility increased with the increase of temperature.The DMSO solution of[BMIM]Cl dissolved cellulose better.When the prepared cellulose-[BMIM]Cl solution was used to modify the UV-curable coating,the curing time of the UV-curable film was significantly shortened and the hardness of the film was enhanced.It also had significant effect on the water resistance and adhesion of the cured film.
