摘  要:探索了低值混杂废塑料热解油目前面临的问题和需要突破的困境。目前低值混杂废塑料热解油经过处理后可以作为原油替代品。但是,由于热解油中杂原子的大量存在,导致热解油需要经过处理才能作为原油替代品进入炼化厂进行产品加工制造。通过已有文献和实验证明,相对于原油中热解油含有大量的氯,针对这类杂原子的去除,需要进行预加氢处理,才能进入常规炼油厂进行大规模处理。因此,废塑料热解油的提质除杂是一个联合处理的过程,需要对各个工艺进行改进。The current problems and challenges that need to be overcome in the pyrolysis of low value mixed waste plastics were explored.Low value mixed waste plastic pyrolysis oil can be treated as a substitute for crude oil.However,due to the abundant presence of heteroatoms in pyrolysis oil,it requires treatment before it can be used as a substitute for crude oil to enter refineries for product processing and manufacturing.According to existing literature and experimental evidence,there is a large amount of chlorine in pyrolysis oil,the removal of such heteroatoms requires pre-hydrogenation treatment in order to enter conventional refineries for large-scale processing.Therefore,the quality improvement and impurity removal of waste plastic pyrolysis oil is a joint treatment process that requires improvement in various processes.
