浅谈曾升平教授治疗硬皮病的中医临床经验

摘　　要：曾升平教授是四川省名中医,中华中医药学会风湿病分会委员,从事风湿免疫疾病的治疗、教学、科研工作已有50余年,深耕于中医药治疗风湿病领域,笔者跟师期间,收获颇多,特整理曾教授对硬皮病病因病机的认识、治疗的临床经验及医案举例(以桂附理中汤为例),供广大临床工作者学习和探讨。曾升平教授从硬皮病的病机出发,制订了温阳益气、化痰袪瘀、温补肺脾肾的治法方药,临床疗效显著,值得深入学习和探讨。Professor Zeng Shengping is a famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioner in Sichuan Province and a member of the Rheumatic Diseases Branch of the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine.He has been engaged in the clinical,teaching and scientific research of rheumatic and immunological diseases for more than 50 years,and has deep attainments in the field of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rheumatic diseases,and has benefited much from the period during which I followed the teacher.He has specially organized Professor Zeng's experience of treating scleroderma with the use of the annexed Guifu Li zhong Tang for the study and exploration of the majority of clinical practitioners.Professor Zeng Shengping,starting from the pathogenesis of scleroderma,formulated the therapeutic prescription of warming yang and benefiting qi,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,and tonifying the lungs,spleen,and kidneys,which has remarkable therapeutic effect and is worthy of in-depth study and exploration.
