摘　　要：目的:探讨硝酸甘油与硝普钠治疗高血压急症的效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2023年1月贵港市中医医院收治的60例高血压急症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予硝普钠治疗,观察组给予硝酸甘油治疗。对比两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、血压及心率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.044)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P=0.037)。用药前,两组舒张压、收缩压、心率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);用药30 min、60 min、120 min后,两组舒张压、收缩压、心率降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硝酸甘油治疗高血压急症的效果优于硝普钠,降低血压、心率效果更好且安全性更高。Objective:To explore the effect of nitroglycerin and sodium nitroprusside in treating acute hypertension.Methods:Sixty patients with acute hypertension admitted to Guigang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium nitroprusside and the observation group was treated with nitroglycerin.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,blood pressure and heart rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.044).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.037).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05);after 30 min,60 min and 120 min,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nitroglycerin is better than sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of hypertensive emergencies,and has better effect on reducing blood pressure and heart rate and higher safety.
