经皮椎间孔镜腰椎间盘髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析经皮椎间孔镜腰椎间盘髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:选择扬州东方医院2020年1月—2022年12月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例为研究对象,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组行腰椎髓核摘除术,观察组行经皮椎间孔镜腰椎间盘髓核摘除术。比较两组疼痛情况、肢体功能、治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果:术前,两组腰部视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、下肢VAS、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,两组腰部VAS、下肢VAS、ODI评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.004)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.021)。结论:经皮椎间孔镜腰椎间盘髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果确切,可减轻患者疼痛,增强肢体功能,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of percutaneous foraminoscopic excision of lumbar disc nucleus pulposus in treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Yangzhou Dongfang Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups with fifty patients in each group.The control group underwent excision of lumbar disc nucleus pulposus,and the observation group underwent percutaneous foraminoscopic excision of lumbar disc nucleus pulposus.The pain,limb function,therapeutic effect and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Before surgery,there was no significant difference in the scores of lumbar visual analogue scale(VAS),lower limb VAS and Oswestry disability index(ODI)between the two groups(P>0.05);after operation,the lumbar VAS,lower extremity VAS and ODI scores of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.004).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P=0.021).Conclusion:Percutaneous foraminoscopic excision of lumbar disc nucleus pulposus is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,which can relieve pain,enhance limb function and reduce the incidence of complications.
