摘  要:目的:观察体外冲击波碎石术与枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒联合治疗肾结石的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2024年1月鄄城祥康精神专科医院收治的400例肾结石患者为研究对象,随机分为参照组(体外冲击波碎石术治疗)和研究组(体外冲击波碎石术联合枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒治疗),各200例。比较两组排石效果与症状消失时间。结果:研究组排石成功率高于参照组(P<0.001);研究组腹部疼痛和尿血消失时间短于参照组(P<0.001)。结论:体外冲击波碎石术与枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒联合治疗肾结石的效果较好,能够有效地提高排石成功率,并促进患者临床症状缓解。Objective:To observe the effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with potassium sodium hydrogen citrate granules in the treatment of kidney stones.Methods:A total of four hundred patients with kidney stones admitted to Juancheng Xiangkang Psychiatric Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy)and the study group(extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with potassium sodium hydrogen citrate granules),two hundred cases each.The effect of stone removal and the time of symptom disappearance were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of stone removal in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.001);the duration of removal of abdominal pain and urine blood in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The combination of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and potassium sodium hydrogen citrate granules is effective in the treatment of kidney stones,which can effectively improve the success rate of stone removal and promote the relief of clinical symptoms of patients.
