左氧氟沙星联合头孢曲松钠治疗社区获得性肺炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析左氧氟沙星联合头孢曲松钠治疗社区获得性肺炎的效果。方法:将2023年1月—2024年8月于黔南布依族苗族自治州罗甸县沫阳镇中心卫生院接受治疗的80例社区获得性肺炎患者纳入研究,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组行左氧氟沙星联合头孢曲松钠治疗,对照组行左氧氟沙星治疗。比较两组炎性指标、临床症状改善状况、生活质量。结果:治疗前,两组白细胞计数与中性粒细胞百分比比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组白细胞计数与中性粒细胞百分比降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽、咳痰、肺部湿啰音消失时间及退热时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感功能评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感功能升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:左氧氟沙星联合头孢曲松钠治疗社区获得性肺炎的效果显著,可降低炎性指标水平,促进症状缓解,提高生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of levofloxacin combined with ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of communityacquired pneumonia.Methods:A total of eighty patients with community-acquired pneumonia who were treated in Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Luodian County Moyang Town Central Health Center from January 2023 to August 2024 were included in the study and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with forty cases in each group.The observation group was treated with levofloxacin combined with ceftriaxone sodium,and the control group was treated with levofloxacin.The inflammatory indexes,improvement of clinical symptoms and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in leukocyte count and neutrophil percentage between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the white blood cell count and neutrophil percentage were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,sputum,lung moist rales and fever in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of physiological function,physical pain,social function and emotional function between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the physiological function,physical pain,social function and emotional function of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levofloxacin combined with ceftriaxone sodium is effective in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia,which can reduce the level of inflammatory indicators,promote the alleviation of symptoms and improve the quality of life.
