摘　　要：目的:分析香菊片联合止痛消炎膏治疗儿童鼻出血的效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2023年12月西安市中医医院耳鼻喉科收治的鼻出血患儿86例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,各43例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用香菊片联合止痛消炎膏治疗。对比两组临床疗效、症状评分、不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.024)。治疗前,两组鼻部疼痛、鼻塞、鼻痒、鼻干、夜间张口呼吸评分及总分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组鼻部疼痛、鼻塞、鼻痒、鼻干、夜间张口呼吸评分及总分降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:香菊片联合止痛消炎膏治疗儿童鼻出血的效果良好,能有效缓解症状,且安全性佳。Objective:To analyze the effect of Xiangju tablets combined with analgesic and anti-inflammatory ointment on children with epistaxis.Methods:A total of 86 children with epistaxis treated in the Department of Otolaryngology,Xi'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with Xiangju tablets combined with analgesic and anti-inflammatory ointment on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom score and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P=0.024).Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in nasal pain,nasal congestion,nasal itching,nasal dryness and night open-mouth breathing scores and total scores(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores and total scores of nasal pain,nasal congestion,nasal itching,nasal dryness and night open-mouth breathing were lower in the two groups than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiangju tablets combined with analgesic and anti-inflammatory ointment can effectively relieve the symptoms and have good safety in the treatment of children with nosebleed.
