强筋壮骨活血方联合常规保守治疗在老年骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨强筋壮骨活血方联合常规保守治疗在老年骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年11月广州中医药大学附属清远市中医院收治的70例老年骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组接受常规保守治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用强筋壮骨活血方治疗。对比两组血清降钙素水平、肩关节功能、治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组血清降钙素水平比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清降钙素水平升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组Constant-Murley肩关节评分量表(CMS)评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CMS评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总显效率高于对照组(P=0.0063)。结论:自拟强筋壮骨活血方联合常规保守治疗老年性骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折的临床效果显著,可提高患者血清降钙素水平,改善肩关节功能。Objective:To investigate the effect of Qiangjin Zhuanggu Huoxue prescription combined with conventional conservative treatment on senile osteoporotic proximal humerus fracture.Methods:Seventy elderly patients with osteoporotic proximal humerus fracture admitted to Qingyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with thirty-five cases in each group.The control group received conventional conservative treatment,and the observation group was treated with Qiangjin Zhuanggu Huoxue prescription on the basis of control group.Serum calcitonin level,shoulder joint function and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum calcitonin levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the serum calcitonin level in both groups was increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Constant-Murley shoulder joint scoring scale(CMS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the CMS score of both groups was increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The overall significant efficiency of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.0063).Conclusion:Qiangjin Zhuanggu Huoxue prescription combined with conventional conservative treatment of senileinduced osteoporotic proximal humerus fracture has significant clinical effect,can increase the level of serum calconin and improve shoulder joint function.
