黄芪建中汤加减联合西药治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性非萎缩性胃炎伴胆汁反流的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄芪建中汤加减联合西药治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性非萎缩性胃炎伴胆汁反流的效果。方法:选取2023年3—10月中国中医科学院望京医院门诊接诊的脾胃虚寒型慢性非萎缩性胃炎伴胆汁反流患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予铝碳酸镁咀嚼片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合黄芪建中汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、胃镜表现与胃黏膜组织病理学表现。结果:治疗后,两组胃脘胀满、胃脘疼痛、喜温喜按、纳呆、便溏、神疲乏力评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组红斑渗出、平坦糜烂、胆汁反流、慢性炎性细胞浸润、幽门螺杆菌阳性检出率降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪建中汤加减联合西药治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性非萎缩性胃炎伴胆汁反流的效果显著,可以明显缓解临床症状,修复胃黏膜损伤。Objective:To explore the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with Western medicine on chronic nonatrophic gastritis with bile reflux of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.Methods:A total of eighty patients with chronic nonatrophic gastritis with bile reflux due to spleen and stomach deficiency and cold in the outpatient department of Wangjing Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from March to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with aluminum magnesium carbonate chewable tablets,and the observation group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on the basis of control group.TCM symptom score,gastroscopy and gastric mucosal histopathology were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the scores of gastric distention,gastric pain,warm liking,lethargy,loose stool and fatigue were decreased in two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the positive rates of erythema exudation,flat erosion,bile reflux,chronic inflammatory cell infiltration and Helicobacter pylori in two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with Western medicine has a remarkable effect in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with bile reflux of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type,which can obviously relieve clinical symptoms and repair gastric mucosal damage.
