针刺联合康复理疗治疗脑出血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析针刺联合康复理疗治疗脑出血的效果。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年12月滨州市沾化区中医院收治的脑出血患者78例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组39例。对照组采用常规干预措施,试验组采用针刺配合康复理疗干预。对比两组临床疗效、神经功能[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]及自理能力[日常生活能力评定量表(Barthel)]。结果:试验组临床总有效率高于对照组(P=0.042)。干预前,两组NIHSS评分、Barthel指数对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组NIHSS评分低于治疗前,Barthel指数高于治疗前,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合康复理疗治疗脑出血的效果显著,可改善患者神经功能,提高自理能力。Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy on cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of seventy-eight patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Binzhou Zhanhua District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with thirty-nine cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention measures,and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy.The clinical efficacy,neurological function[national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)]and self-care ability[Barthel rating scale of daily living ability(Barthel)]of the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P=0.042).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in NIHSS score and Barthel index between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,NIHSS score was lower than before treatment,Barthel index was higher than before treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy has a remarkable effect on cerebral hemorrhage,which can improve the nerve function and selfcare ability of patients.
