儿科门诊静脉输液中应用护理风险管理的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析儿科门诊静脉输液中应用护理风险管理的作用。方法:选择2023年3—9月于云浮市人民医院儿科门诊进行静脉输液的患儿300例为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组150例。对照组接受常规临床护理,试验组接受护理风险管理。比较两组一次穿刺成功率、依从性、不良反应发生情况、家长满意度。结果:试验组一次穿刺成功率高于对照组(P=0.002);试验组依从性高于对照组(P=0.005);试验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P=0.018);试验组家长总满意度高于对照组(P=0.011)。结论:儿科门诊静脉输液中应用护理风险管理的效果确切,可提高一次穿刺成功率、患儿依从性、家长满意度,降低不良反应发生风险。Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing risk management in pediatric outpatient intravenous infusion.Methods:A total of three hundred children receiving intravenous infusion in the pediatric outpatient department of Yunfu People's Hospital from March to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with one hundred and fifty cases in each group.The control group received routine clinical nursing and the experimental group received nursing risk management.The success rate of one puncture,compliance,occurrence of adverse reactions and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of one puncture in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P=0.002);the compliance of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P=0.005);the total incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P=0.018);the total satisfaction of parents in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P=0.011).Conclusion:The application of nursing risk management in pediatric outpatient intravenous infusion has a definite effect,which can improve the success rate of one puncture,the compliance of children,the satisfaction of parents,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
