手术室整体护理对高龄腹腔镜手术患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室整体护理对高龄腹腔镜手术患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法:选取昆山市第五人民医院2022年10月—2023年10月收治的60例行腹腔镜手术的高龄患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用手术室整体护理。对比两组负面情绪评分、生活质量、满意度。结果:护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组健康调查简表各项评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意度高于对照组(P=0.002)。结论:手术室整体护理能够缓解高龄腹腔镜手术患者术后负面情绪,优化术后生活质量,提高满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of holistic nursing in operating room on mental state and quality of life of elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods:Sixty elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery admitted to Kunshan Fifth People's Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received holistic nursing in operating room based on the control group.Negative emotion score,quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of the health survey summary table of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.002).Conclusion:Holistic nursing in the operating room can alleviate postoperative negative emotions,optimize postoperative quality of life and improve satisfaction in elderly laparoscopic patients.
