摘　　要：目的:探究PDCA循环护理在神经内科病区护理风险管理中的有效性。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年5月揭阳市揭东区埔田镇卫生院收治的80例神经内科住院患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施PDCA循环护理。对比两组患者护理风险事件发生率、生活质量、护理服务满意度。结果:观察组护理风险事件总发生率低于对照组(P=0.005)。干预前,两组躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能、物质生活评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能、物质生活评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P=0.010)。结论:PDCA循环护理在神经内科病区护理风险管理中的应用效果显著,能够有效减少护理风险事件发生,改善患者生活质量,从而提高护理服务满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle nursing in nursing risk management of neurology department.Methods:A total of eighty inpatients in the department of neurology admitted to Jieyang Jiedong District Putian Town Health Center from April 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given PDCA cycle nursing based on the control group.The incidence of nursing risk events,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.005).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in physical function,social function,psychological function and material life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of physical function,social function,psychological function and material life of two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.010).Conclusion:The application effect of PDCA cycle nursing in the risk management of neurology nursing is remarkable,which can reduce the incidence of nursing risk events,improve the quality of life of patients,and increase the satisfaction of patients'nursing.
