摘  要:目的:分析医护一体化护理模式对老年肱骨近端骨折(PHF)患者肩关节功能的影响。方法:选取2022年1—8月于广州市正骨医院拟行一体式夹板固定治疗的PHF患者162例为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各81例。观察组采用医护一体化护理模式,对照组采用常规护理模式。比较两组肩关节功能及护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组疼痛、解剖复位、运动限制、功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组疼痛、解剖复位、运动限制、功能评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P=0.002)。结论:对老年PHF患者实行医护一体化护理模式能有效改善其肩关节功能,提高其护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the effect of integrated nursing mode on shoulder joint function in elderly patients with proximal humerus fracture(PHF).Methods:A total of one hundred and sixty-two PHF patients who were to receive integrated splint treatment in Guangzhou Orthopedics Hospital from January to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with eighty-one cases in each group.The observation group adopted the integrated nursing mode,and the control group adopted the conventional nursing mode.The shoulder joint function and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there were no significant differences in pain,anatomic reduction,motor restriction and functional scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,pain,anatomic reduction,motor restriction and functional scores were increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.002).Conclusion:The integrated nursing mode for elderly patients with PHF can effectively improve their shoulder joint function and nursing satisfaction.
