骨科外出检查患者安全转运评估表设计与应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:设计骨科外出检查患者安全转运评估表并分析其应用效果。方法:选取2022年6—11月玉林市第一人民医院骨科需安全转运前往辅助科室进行检查的住院患者2238例为对照组,另选取2022年12月—2023年5月同科室转运患者2330例为观察组。对照组根据安全转运评估表动态评估患者情况,观察组根据骨科外出检查患者安全转运评估表动态评估患者情况。比较两组转运不良事件发生率及满意度。结果:观察组转运不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:骨科外出检查患者安全转运评估表应用效果较好,可降低转运不良事件总发生率,提高患者满意度。Objective:To designe the safe transport evaluation table for patients undergoing orthopedic out-patient examination and analyze its application effect.Methods:A total of two thousand two hundred and thirty-eight inpatients in the department of orthopaedics of Yulin First People's Hospital from June to November 2022 who needed safe transport to the auxiliary departments for examination were selected as the control group.In addition,two thousand three hundred and thirty patients transferred from the same department from December 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the observation group.Patients in the control group were evaluated dynamically according to the safe transport evaluation table,and patients in the observation group were evaluated dynamically according to the safe transport evaluation table for patients undergoing orthopedic out-patient examination.The incidence and satisfaction of adverse transport events were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of adverse transport events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001);the satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of safe transport evaluation table for patients undergoing orthopedic out-patient examination is effective,which can reduce the total incidence of adverse transport events and improve patient satisfaction.
