中医综合护理联合急诊护理在严重创伤性休克患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医综合护理联合急诊护理在严重创伤性休克(TS)患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取海安市中医院2021年3月—2022年3月收治的64例严重TS患者为研究对象,随机分为常规组和联合组,每组32例。常规组实施急诊护理,联合组在常规组基础上进行中医综合护理。对比两组抢救总有效率、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:联合组抢救总有效率高于常规组(P=0.031);联合组并发症发生率低于常规组(P=0.042);联合组护理总满意度高于常规组(P=0.029)。结论:严重TS患者急诊救治过程中,实施中医综合护理联合急诊护理的效果显著,可提高抢救效果,降低并发症发生率,家属满意度较高。Objective:To explore the application effect of TCM comprehensive nursing combined with emergency nursing in the nursing of patients with severe traumatic shock(TS).Methods:Sixty-four patients with severe TS admitted to Hai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into routine group and combination group,with thirty-two cases in each group.The routine group received emergency nursing,and the combination group received TCM comprehensive nursing on the basis of the routine group.The total effective rate,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of combination group was higher than that of routine group(P=0.031);the complication rate of the combination group was lower than that of the routine group(P=0.042);the total nursing satisfaction of the combination group was higher than that of the routine group(P=0.029).Conclusion:In the process of emergency treatment of severe TS patients,the effect of TCM comprehensive nursing combined with emergency nursing is remarkable,which can improve the rescue effect,reduce the incidence of complications,and the satisfaction of family members is high.
