摘　　要：目的:分析早期家庭养育照护服务模式对早产儿生长发育水平及主要养育人育儿能力的影响。方法:选取2023年1—11月于昆明市第一人民医院出生的82例早产儿及其主要养育人为研究对象,随机分为常规组和研究组,各41例。常规组采用常规干预管理,研究组在常规组基础上采用早期家庭养育照护服务模式管理。对比两组主要养育人育儿能力、早产儿生长发育水平、主要养育人幸福感。结果:出生3个月,两组主要养育人育儿技能、知识评分升高,研究组高于常规组(P<0.05);出生6个月,两组早产儿身高、体质量、头围均升高,研究组高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组出生3、6个月的智力发育指数高于常规组(P<0.05);出生3个月,两组主要养育人总体幸福感量表评分升高,研究组高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:早期家庭养育照护服务模式的搭建可提高早产儿主要养育人的育儿能力,从而提高早产儿的生长发育水平和主要养育人的幸福感。Objective:To analyze the influence of early family nursing service model on the growth and development level of premature infants and the parenting ability of primary caregivers.Methods:A total of eighty-two preterm infants born in Kunming First People's Hospital from January to November 2023 and their main parents were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into routine group and study group,with forty-one cases in each group.The routine group was managed by routine intervention,and the study group was managed by early family nursing service model based on the routine group.The parenting ability,growth and development level of premature infants and happiness of primary caregivers were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of birth,the scores of parenting skills and knowledge of the two groups were increased,and the study group was higher than the routine group(P<0.05);at 6 months after birth,the height,body mass and head circumference of preterm infants in both groups were increased,and those in study group were higher than those in routine group(P<0.05);the intellectual development index at 3 and 6 months of birth in the study group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05);at 3 months after birth,the total happiness scale score of the two groups increased,and the study group was higher than the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The establishment of early family nursing service model can improve the parenting ability of the main nurturers of premature infants,thus improving the growth and development level of premature infants and the happiness of the main nurturers.
