长春市中医院生殖道支原体感染患者支原体检测及药敏结果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析长春市中医院生殖道支原体感染患者支原体检测及药敏结果。方法:选取2023年1—10月于长春市中医院妇科门诊就诊的泌尿生殖道支原体检测阳性患者59例为研究对象。所有患者接受支原体培养、鉴定及药敏试验,分析患者支原体感染类型及药敏试验结果。结果:59例患者中,单纯解脲脲原体(UU)阳性占比最高,为71.19%(42/59),其次为混合感染阳性27.12%(16/59),单纯人型支原体(MH)阳性占比最低,为1.69%(1/59)。单纯UU阳性对强力霉素、美满霉素敏感性较高,对司帕沙星耐药性较高;单纯MH阳性对强力霉素、美满霉素、交沙霉素、司帕沙星敏感性较高,对克拉霉素、罗红霉素、阿奇霉素、氧氟沙星耐药性较高;混合感染阳性对强力霉素、美满霉素敏感性较高,对氧氟沙星耐药性较高。结论:本地支原体感染阳性患者多为UU阳性,强力霉素、美满霉素是治疗支原体感染的有效药物。Objective:To analyze the results of mycoplasma detection and drug sensitivity in patients with reproductive tract mycoplasma infection in Changchun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:Fifty-nine patients with positive mycoplasma test in urogenital tract were selected from the gynecological outpatient department of Changchun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to October 2023.All patients received mycoplasma culture,identification and drug susceptibility test.The type of mycoplasma infection and drug susceptibility test results were analyzed.Results:Among 59 patients,the proportion of ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)positive was the highest,71.19%(42/59),the positive rate of mixed infection was 27.12%(16/59),and the positive rate of mycoplasma hominis(MH)was 1.69%(1/59);UU alone positive was sensitive to doxycycline and melomycin,and resistant to sparfloxacin was higher;MH positive alone had higher sensitivity to doxycycline,meliomycin,lucamycin and sparfloxacin,and higher resistance to clarithromycin,roxithromycin,azithromycin and ofloxacin;positive mixed infection had higher sensitivity to doxycycline and melomycin,and higher resistance to ofloxacin.Conclusion:Most of the local patients with positive mycoplasma infection were UU positive.Doxycycline and melomycin are effective drugs for the treatment of mycoplasma infection.
