心电图、心电向量图诊断冠心病的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析心电图、心电向量图诊断冠心病(CHD)的价值。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年5月大理市第一人民医院收治的疑似CHD患者40例为研究对象。所有受检者均接受心电图、心电向量图检测,以冠状动脉造影诊断结果为“金标准”,比较心电图单独检测与心电图联合心电向量诊断CHD的效能。结果:冠状动脉造影检查显示,40例受检者中CHD患者30例。心电图联合心电向量检测诊断CHD的灵敏性、准确度高于心电图检测(P<0.05);两种检测方案诊断CHD的特异性比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:心电图联合心电向量图诊断CHD的价值较高,可为医师制定防治方案提供参考。Objective:To analyze the value of electrocardiogram and vectorcardiogram in diagnosing coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:A total of forty suspected CHD patients admitted to Dali First People's Hospital from February 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects.All subjects were examined by electrocardiogram and vectorcardiogram.The diagnostic results of coronary angiography were used as the"gold standard"to compare the efficacy of electrocardiogram alone and electrocardiogram combined with vectorcardiogram in the diagnosis of CHD.Results:Coronary angiography showed that 30 of the 40 patients had CHD;the sensitivity and accuracy of electrocardiogram combined with vectorcardiogram detection in CHD diagnosis were higher than that of electrocardiogram detection(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the specificity of CHD diagnosis between the two detection schemes(P>0.05).Conclusion:The value of electrocardiogram combined with vectorcardiogram in the diagnosis of CHD is high,which can provide reference for doctors to make prevention and treatment plan.
